On July 27, 2026, RFK Jr. revealed that his office had discovered Fauci's personal diaries that had been "sequestered and secreted" on government property across eleven servers at HHS. He turned the diaries over to Senators Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) who had been investigating the origins of COVID-19 and the response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
On July 29, 2026, Anthony Fauci appeared before the Senate's Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee to testify about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic. Committee chairman Senator Rand Paul focused on entries from Fauci's personal diaries between December 2019 and December 2022, which the senator had released to the public in advance of the hearing. Sen. Paul asked Fauci questions about the origins of COVID-19, US funding for gain-of-function research in China, Fauci's handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the glaring inconsistencies between Fauci's private comments in his diaries and statements he made to the American public.
After the diaries were released, RFK Jr. noted that these are not personal journals. They are government records created on a government computer by a federal employee during one of the most consequential public health emergencies in history, and under federal law the documents belong to the American people.

So, Josef Mengele, Hitler's sadistic Angel of Death, had tactical license to do horrific experiments on living human beings even without anesthesia. Mengele's particular interest was identical twins––one twin was the subject and the other the control––all were inmates at Auschwitz and most of the twins studied were between ages two and sixteen. German incredulity denied the existence of such barbarity.
Specifically, Mengele studied heterochromia iridium (eyes of two different colors) by introducing chemicals or hormones into the children's eyes. According to Wikipedia Mengele's research was done on behalf of the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute of Anthropology and the German Research Foundation, and grant funds were used to build a pathology Laboratory attached to Crematorium II at Auschwitz II-Birkenau. Mengele kept personal diaries and records of his experiments at Auschwitz that included measurements, notes, and documentation about his work with twins which he took with him when he fled. Most of what is known about Mengele's experiments comes from survivor testimony.

The financial connections between the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) under Anthony Fauci are well-documented and public. In 2003 The Gates Foundation provided $200 million in grant money for Initiatives like Grand Challenges in Global Health in which Fauci served on the scientific board. In 2010 The Gates Foundation partnered with NIAID and the United Nations World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) on a global vaccine action plan in which Fauci served on the scientific board.
In a now infamous 2010 Ted Talk, Bill Gates stated unapologetically, "The world today has about 6.8 billion people. That's heading up to about nine billion. If we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by perhaps ten or fifteen percent." Ten or fifteen percent of 6.8 billion people eliminates 680 million to 1.02 billion people!
The globalist elite who funded and fomented Fauci's work, like Bill Gates, are unapologetic eugenicists whose overarching goal is to reduce the overall human population in preparation for their global totalitarian Unistate––the Great Reset where you will own nothing and be happy––an absurdity described by Klaus Schwab, founder and chairman of the World Economic Forum from its inception until his resignation in 2025.
Curiously, the entire COVID-19 debacle had been rehearsed years before at a tabletop exercise––Event 201––conducted on October 18, 2019, at Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security in New York City in partnership with the World Economic Forum and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Self-described as a high-level pandemic exercise, "The exercise illustrated areas where public/private partnerships will be necessary during the response to a severe pandemic in order to diminish large-scale economic and societal consequences." Event 201 simulated a fictional pandemic caused by a novel coronavirus that came from pigs rather than bats and spread globally.
Event 201 was conducted by men and women who represent the arrogant, self-serving, supremacist, globalist perspective that is void of any moral compass or regard for anyone's life but their own. COVID-19 was and continues to be the greatest humanitarian hoax ever perpetrated in the history of the world––and Anthony Fauci is its huckster-in-chief.
Think of it––millions of people were deliberately lied to and deliberately experimented on with COVID mRNA "vaccines" that are NOT vaccines––they do not prevent transmission or provide immunity. The scenario referenced is called "Lock Step" and describes a future of strict top-down controls that remain after a severe pandemic.
